Spotlight on Sustainable Products: The Benefits and Challenges of Their Integration into Contract Environments
Course Description
Architectural Systems, Inc., a leading international distributor of architectural and sustainable materials, offers a new and engaging presentation on the evolution of the sustainable movement as it relates to interior finishes within contract environments. This course will show how sustainable materials have developed within the green movement and increase awareness on the advancements of well-designed sustainable products. We will define how the US Green Building Council’s LEED rating system applies to material selection and how materials can meet sustainable criteria. With the use of compelling case studies throughout the presentation, we will explore how integrating sustainable materials can lead to design solutions.
