Studio V Architecture was chosen to design the condos at 303 East 33rd, with the challenge to incorporate flooring that complemented the clean, contemporary aesthetic of the interiors and contributed toward LEED® credits for certification. Vertical Grain Bamboo Flooring,
a naturally rapidly renewable material, was installed throughout all the residential units, adding the right amount of warmth and texture to the materials palette.
