We are as engaged in the success of a project as our customers. After consulting with clients in detail, we research, recommend and source the best materials for aesthetics and performance, always sensitive to budget. And we don’t stop there. We partner with you every step of the way from concept to completion.

Insight on Innovation®—if it doesn’t exist, ASI creates it.

ASI is committed to innovation. When the off-the-shelf option does not fulfill a project’s requirement, ASI works with you to develop a custom material, and our staff of experts provides full technical support through installation.

AboutGraphic

Explore the possibilities for yourself

The right materials can both inspire you and make your vision a reality, so take advantage of our experience and all we have to offer, including representatives across the globe. Whether you’re new to Architectural Systems or you’ve worked with us many times before, let us collaborate with you on your next project. There are several places to start:

In our showroom — inspiration at your fingertips

The 5,000 square-foot showroom in New York City’s Chelsea Design Center is an ever-evolving source of ideas for the design professional. Samples from every collection are on display to facilitate product comparison, and many of the materials are applied in real life installations. An ASI representative will work with you and your team, in-person, to achieve your design solution.

Face to face time

Presentations and events in the showroom for the A&D community include our AIA and IDCEC-accredited monthly Continuing Education courses. We also host open houses and cocktail parties for product launches, special guests, and more—allowing you to network with industry peers, and view new collections with ASI material experts.

On the Web — anytime, anywhere

Visit our comprehensive website to browse photographs of actual installations and see up-to-the-minute catalog pages of all the ASI collections. You can also request samples and product binders through our online form—and order in-stock materials to be delivered directly to the job site with ASI Online, our new e-commerce website. In addition, we’ve added video presentations so that you can earn continuing education credits at your convenience.

The ASI System: clearly organized for ease of use

ASI divides the complete range of materials into five separate branded collections, including sustainable products. You’ll find our showroom, website, product catalogs, and sample binders and boxes, all organized into these categories:

ASI — committed to green

Architectural Systems was one of the first distributors to offer sustainable products, and we are dedicated to sourcing the most on-trend and well-designed eco-friendly materials in all five of our categories. Every "green" collection is indicated by a globe icon in our product catalogue, in print and on USB - or you can visit our easy-to-navigate Sustainable Products online landing page.  Our material specialists are also on hand to answer any of your LEED® project-related questions. We are a proud member of US Green Building Council (USGBC); Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), Chain-of-Custody certified; and part of American Forests Global ReLeaf campaign.

 bloomingdales

"When designing the Bloomingdale's store in Dubai, the goal was to recreate its iconic feel and architecture with an added international flair and subtle regional touches. We selected the Crystallized Glass Stone in pure white and black for the signature checkerboard floor, and the End Grain Wood Block in Hornbeam to give the special designer shops' flooring an unusual and distinctive look. ASI did a great job meeting the project timeline and budget requirements."

“The installation of the Hardwood Flooring is beautiful, and contributes dynamically to the overall design concept. It is the perfect solution from a sustainable, aesthetic, and performance viewpoint. ASI was responsive and informative and guided us in selecting the appropriate product for this application.”

Mitoushi160

"Mitoushi Japanese Restaurant is renowned in Brooklyn for its trendy interior atmosphere and fresh sushi. The main design pattern revolves around a wave element. The carved wood panels from the Sculptured™ Collection were selected for the feature wall. As a signature material for the restaurant’s design, it successfully created the wavy effect of the ocean. The installation was relatively simple and the ease of maintenance makes it our go-to material for use in hospitality environments."
